“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“The photos of rooms on Expedia are very deceiving. There is a nice, upgraded side that they advertise and then a rundown, old, dirty, tiny room side that they do not advertise. The floors were gross, the beds were so close to the tv table, there was hardly any room to walk and there was no where else to sit but the beds. On top of all that, the Westmark Fairbanks now charges for parking. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“The best part about this hotel was the restaurant. The food was very good and it's one of the highlights of our trip. Get the burger and fries! The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that the window was able to be opened. The room was modest but clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau.”

“People were great, hotel was clean. They put me in a room right next to lobby and as I didn’t get there until 1am I was very tired. Whatever is above that room it was really noisy. Other than that, it was great”

“Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !”

“The room was very very clean and orderly. It’s obvious the employee take great pride in their work! Checking in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Our driver to the airport was Jeremy and he was friendly and helped us with our luggage. He also pointed out places of interest in the way to the airport. Wish we had stayed longer! Thank you!”
